| KBFC Operating Guidelines (adopted June 13, 2023) | The emergence of the Klamath Basin Fisheries Collaborative (hereafter, “KBFC” or the “Collaborative”) reflects an ambitious effort by many partners to monitor and evaluate Klamath River restoration opportunities in the face of an ecological system in crisis and several imperiled fish species requiring Endangered Species Act (ESA) protections.
